Ingredients

    Red onion chopped
    Garlic cloves chopped
    188g chicken breast fillets diced
    1/2 red pepper sliced
    1/2 yellow pepper sliced
    1/2 courgette sliced
    1 cup chicken stock from granules
    1/2 lemon juiced

Directions

heat oil - soften onion and garlic
Brown chick then add veg and stock and cook until all heated through thoroughly
