Ingredients

    1 large pork tenderloin in bite size pieces
    3 firm apples, gala or pink lady chopped
    2 med onions chopped
    5 med carrots peeled and chopped
    6 med potatoes peeled and chopped
    1 pepper chopped
    3 cloves garlic crushed or garlic powder or jarred garlic
    2 tsp olive oil
    2 tsp boullion powder
    cup water

Directions

Chop the tenderloin and seal it in the heated oil, add the rest of the chopped vegetables and sauté for about 10 minutes on a low heat. Add the boullion dissolved in a cup of water. simmer on the stove top or in a casserole for a bout 30 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the apple has collapsed to make a sauce
