Introduction

Ingredients

    1 spaghetti squash (cooked and shredded)
    1 C carrots
    1 C onions
    1 C celery
    1 lb shrimp (cooked and tail removed)
    1/2 pkg of Philadelphia cooking cream with 1/3 less fat


Tips

can add lemon juice and/or parmasean cheese before serving


Directions

sweat carrots, onions, celery, then add squash, shrimp and cream. Cookover medium heat until shrimp is heated through.
