Ingredients

    8 Oz Skim Milk
2 tsp unsweetened dry cocoa powder (give or take depending on your taste)
1-2 tsp Agave syrup (to taste)
a dash of salt (you will want this to cut the bitter of the cocoa)
1/2 large banana (I usually keep some cut up and frozen for smoothies)
    4-6 ice cubes
1/3 scoop vanilla whey protien powder (Recipe stats formulated with Gold Standard Natural Whey Protien)
    1 tsp Instant Coffee granules
    3/4 - 1 tsp flax seed
    1 Chewable Kids Multivitamin

Tips

Tossing a kids chewable vitamin in there ups the nutrition factor, and your body absobs the vitamin slower and more complete this way.

I keep bananas pre-sliced in the freezer for smoothies.
makes them more awesome.
