Ingredients

    Cucumber (peeled), 1 large (8-1/4" long) Seeded
    Basil, 2 tbsp (fresh or dried)
    Parsley, 1 tbsp (fresh or dried)
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Red onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    *Lemon Juice, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    **Truvia (Zero Cal Stevia) 1/2 packet
    Broccoli, fresh, 4 or 5 flowerettes
    Soy Milk, 1 fl oz
    Soy Mayonnaise, 2 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1/4 cup
    *Pepper, white, 1 tsp
    Dry mustard 1 tsp

Directions

Add all ingredients to food processor and blend until smooth. About 4-5 minutes.
