Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    1.2 lbs ground pork
    1 can of Goya Dark Kidney Beans
    1 can of Goya Black Beans
    1 can of Goya Pink Kidney Beans
    2 tbs minced garlic
    1 can of sweet yellow corn
    1 large can of diced tomatoes
    1 small can of tomato paste
    3 tbs chili powder
    4 tbs cumin
    2 tbs salt
    1 tbs black ground pepper
    1 tbs crushed red pepper
    1/2 tbs cinnamon
    4 tbs Reduced fat sour cream (Breakstones)
    1/4 cup of Sargento reduced fat mexican shredded cheese

Tips

I put mine on top of baby spinach lettuce and some taco Ortega sauce...delicious chili salad


Directions

Put crock pot to HIGH...brown ground pork in skillet, add minced garlic and corn in skillet and stir for 5 minutes. Turn off and let rest
Put tomato paste, diced tomatoes, all beans in crock pot set to HIGH...stir in pork, corn and garlic...then add the cumin, pepper, chili powder, salt, crushed red pepper and cinnamon....stir and let sit on HIGH for 2-3 hours. Ready to serve with sour cream and Reduced fat shredded cheese,,,yum!
