I threw this together with some ingredients I had on hand. I threw this together with some ingredients I had on hand.

    1/2 box Barilla Plus Rotini pasta
    1 cup chopped Broccoli
    1 cup grated Zucchini
    1/2 cup chopped Carrots, raw
    1 tbsp dried Basil
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
    1/4 cup Annie's Naturals Consorzio Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Cook 1/2 the box of pasta on the stove as directed.
Place grated zucchini and chopped broccoli into a Ziploc Steamer Bag and cook as directed.
Mix cooked broccoli & zucchini, chopped carrots, basil, and garlic in a medium bowl.
When the pasta is done, drain it and toss in with vegetables. (Do not rinse pasta)
Toss olive oil and Parmesan cheese with the mixture and refrigerate.
You can add chicken to the salad if you desire.
