Ingredients

    * Milk, 1%, 1 1/4 cup
    * *Flour, white, 2 tbsp
    * Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
    * Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
    * *Healthy Harvest Pasta, Rotini, 1 lb
    * Salt, to taste
    * Nutmeg, ground, dash

Directions

Serves 7 one cup servings
Bring water to boil and add pasta. Cook about 6 min. or until it is aldente.

Heat butter over medium heat until bubbly, stir in flour and continue to stir for about 2 minutes, stir in milk (make sure milk is at room temp or a bit warmer). Bring to a boil and stir until it begins to thicken. Stir in cheese until it is melted. Add a dash of nutmeg to bring out the cheese flavor and salt to taste.

Drain Pasta, return it to the pot and stir in the sauce. Serve immediately.
