Ingredients

    2 bunches of broccoli
    2 large onions
    about 8 large stalks of celery including the leaves
    about 25 medium baby carrots
    1 each summer squash and zucchini
    about 5 of the small sweet peppers
    1/2 head of cauliflower
    1/2 head of cabbage
    1 bottle (64 oz) veggie juice


Tips

you can add beef or any other meat of your choice if you like. you can use low sodium juice if you like.


Directions

cut all veggies in to bite size pieces. put them in the crock pot. pour the juice over the veggies and cook on low for about 8-10 hours or about 5 hours on high.

Serving Size: makes about 17 1-cup servings
