Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can of crushed tomatoes
    1/2 can of tomato paste
    1/2 cup of chopped onion
    1 tbsp olive oil
    Dried Oregano to taste
    Fresh rosemary to taste


Tips

I use this with chicken. To control sodium use low sodium tomatoes.


Directions

Heat olive oil in pan and cook onion until tender, not browned. Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low for 45 minutes.
