Introduction

Ingredients

    2% milk - 1 cup
    Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt (Oikos) - 1.5 cups
    1 cup frozen strawberries
    1 medium banana
    2 T agave syrup (or other sweetener)
    1 handful ice


Tips

use any fruit, combo of 2 cups. Make sure you use some frozen fruit OR ice or both. This is not a very sweet smoothie, but delicious.


Directions

Use a blender. Put the liquids in first and then yogurt, fruit, ice last.. Blend for 45 seconds or so. Enjoy!
