Introduction

Meal Replacement Drink. The Protein powder makes this a good meal replacement drink because it fills you up. Ingredients

    (1) Half sachet of Nescafe 3-in-1 Brown 'N Creamy coffee mix (One sachet = 25 g)
    (2) Frozen banana (I used a small one since it's the only one available at home)
    (3) 2 tbsp Nestle Nesquick Chocolate powder
    (4) 1 tbsp protein powder (any brand but I use Herbalife)
    (5) 3 tbsp or 30 g of Nestle Nesvita Pro-Bone Protection Powdered Milk (but you may use any nonfat high-calcium milk)
    (6) Ice
    (7) Water

Tips

I adapted it from some homemade meal replacement shakes I saw on the net.


Directions

Just put all the ingredients in the blender, then blend away!
