Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    5 red potatoes, boiled, skin removed or not, cut into bite size pieces.
    3 celery ribs, diced
    1/2 white onion, diced
    2 med dill pickles, diced
    2 cups green peas
    1 tbs curry powder
    1 tbs black pepper
    1 tsp or light sprinkle of salt
    1/2 cup Beer and Brat Mustard
    1-2 cups of Best Foods Mayo

    Mix and serve or refrigerate overnight. Serve on a leaf of lettuce of your choice.

    All ingredients should be to your individual taste. Can garnish with fresh Basil or Parsley~


Tips

Boil then peel skins off. The skin drops off then. I used about 5 medium to small potatoes. You can prepare potatoes, dice and set aside until ready to mix all other ingredients and serve or prepare the entire recipe the night before. EASY!
