Ingredients

    drained and flaked tuna
    chopped onions
    chopped jalapenos
    chopped apple
    chopped hard boiled egg
    chopped dill pickle
    mustard
    low fat mayo

Tips

i dont like mayo, so i add it last then i can use as little as possible and many times i add fat free ranch instead, but thats a presonal issue. i eat it as sammy's, in wraps, on lettuce and it makes really good tuna melt for a quick dinner


Directions

put tuna in the bowl, then chopped ingredients, add the mustard, when adding the mayo you can adjust to the consistency that you like. then refrigerate till ready to use.
