Introduction
I really don't like vinegar or any sour (as my husband calls 'tangy') foods. Give me Cole Slaw along the lines of KFC! I have been eating a lot of this since starting my new fitness program. 1/2 c Miracle Whip (use fat free to decrease calories)
1/2c Skim Milk
1 Tbsp Sugar
3c Shredded cabbage
3/4c Grated carrot
1Tbsp Minced onion
Tips
Substitute Miracle Whip Free for regular and Splenda or other sweetener for the sugar for a lower cal salad.
Directions
No cooking! Great for summer!

Add:
