Ingredients

    2 TBSP Shoyu sauce
    6 TBSP Natural Peanut Butter
    6 TBSP Bangkok Padang Peanut Sauce
    1/2 cup Thai Kitchen Lite Coconut Milk
    1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
    1 TBSP fresh lime juice

Tips

Great over wide egg noodles. Garnish with fresh cilantro, cucumbers, and crushed peanuts. You don't need much sauce because it's very flavorful.


Directions

Mix all but coconut milk in saucepan and stir, over medium heat, until all are incorporated and sauce is smooth. Then add coconut milk, stir well, and turn down heat to low. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

Serving Size: Makes about 7 3TBSP servings.
