2 Tbsp. Low fat Mayo or miracle whip
The juice from 1 (one) lemon
1/8 tap pepper
Pinch of salt
Tips
You can use other seasonings as well such as dill or cilantro but this dressing is simple and delicious
Directions
1. Spoon Mayo into a small bowl
2. Roll lemon on cutting board to make it easier to juice. Juice lemon into the Mayo, making sure to remove the seeds.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix together
