Ingredients

    1 lb ground chicken
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 16-oz can red kidney beans, undrained
    1 16-oz can stewed tomatoes
    1 6-oz can tomato paste
    1 1/2 tsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 cps veggie broth

Tips

We don't use a lot of salt at home, so you may prefer a little more.


Directions

1. Grease or spray a large pot and put over medium heat.
2. Brown the chicken and saute the onion and pepper.
3. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 30 minutes.
