Introduction

Ingredients

    1 c. cooked rice (I usually use brown rice)
    1 onion, sliced
    1 tomato, diced
    1 avocado, chunked
    1/4 c. pumpkin seeds or other
    Bragg's Liquid Aminos, to taste

Directions

Cut onion and saute in oil. Meanwhile, cut up tomato and avocado. Layer ingredients in order listed ending with Braggs.
