    *Pasta, Lasagna Noodles, 10 oz (remove)
    *Ragu Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce), 3 cup (remove)
    Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 2 cup (not packed) (remove)
    *Kraft Free Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, 1.75 cup (remove)
    *Jimmy Deans Turkey Sausage Crumbles - fully cooked 60% less fat, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup (remove)
    1 T garlic
    1 T oregano
    1 T onion powder


Use your preference of spices.


Layer in 9 X 13 pan:
1 c sauce
4 noodles (uncooked)
1 c sausage crumbles
1 c cottage cheese and mozzarella
1/2 of the spices
Repeat first layer
Top with final layer of noodles, sauce and parmesan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes, remove alum foil and bake an additional 15 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes and serve.
