Ingredients

    2lbs carrots
    1lb of green beans
    3 big green onions
    2 medium green bell peppers
    2lbs zucchini
    1 stalk of celery
    2 can diced tomatoes (796ml)
    1 large can or box of beef broth
    1 pkg chicken noodle soup
    put water till level of veggies

Tips

you can add any vegetable you like but not the one with starches (corn, beans, etc...)


Directions

cut all veggies bite size put all in big pot, add all other ingredients bring to boil and let simmer till doneness about 3hrs.
salt, pepper to taste.
