Ingredients

    1 large stalk celery
    ripe papaya, cubed
    1 ripe banana, sliced
    3 tbsps. Nesvita Pro-Bone Protection Powdered Milk (or any nonfat powdered milk)
    1 tbsp. Herbalife Protein Powder (or any protein powder)
    4 to 6 ounces water
    ice cubes (optional)


Directions

Mix the powdered milk and protein powder with water. Put this and all the other ingredients (including ice cubes if preferred) into your blender and blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.
