Ingredients

    1 cup Ice Cubes
    6-7 Frozen berries of your choice
    1 cup Pineapple Juice, can substitute any juice
    1 scoop sherbert about 1/4 cup any flavor
    2 cups crystal lite lemonade, or any flavor
    1/2 tsp flax seed, ground

Directions

Crush Ice cubes, add small amount lemonade then berries. Next put in Flax seed, pineapple juice then sherbert. Mix in blender adding remainer of lemonade slowly. Serve in Chilled glasses with straw or spoon. This makes 4 1-cup servings.
