Ingredients

1 Can (15 oz.) Solid pack Pumpkin
1 Can (12 oz) Fat free Evaporated Milk
3 Medium Eggs
1/3 Cup Great Value Granulated No Calorie Sweetener for Baking
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp salt
Tips
Serve with whipped topping if desired
Directions
1) Preheat Oven to 350F. Spray 6-8 (4oz) Custard cups or Ramekins with nonstick cooking spray.
2) Combine Pumpkin, Evaporated Milk, eggs, Sweetener, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract and salt in a large bowl and whisk until thoroughly blended.
3) Pour mixture evenly into prepared cups; place in baking pan. Pour hot water into pan around cups to depth of 1 inch. Carefully place baking pan into oven.
4) Bake 1 hour or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
5) Remove Custard cups to wire cooling rack. Let stand 30 minutes. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or overnight
