Introduction

Delicious french toast baked in a muffin tin. Makes 10 french toast muffins. Quick, easy breakfast that my kids both loved. Ingredients

    1 cup milk
    1 cup flour (I used whole wheat to make them healthier)
    6 eggs
    1/4 cup melted butter
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/3 cup sugar (optional)

Directions

Whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into a muffin tin, but make sure you don't fill them too much because they get puffy while being cooked. Bake on 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
