Introduction

Good soup for a dreary day. Good soup for a dreary day.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

2 1/2 Johnsonville sweet Italian sausages
3 -14.5 cans of fat free chicken broth
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
    1/8 cup Pepe pasta
    2 carrots-diced
    1 stalk of celery-diced
    1/3 cup diced onion
1/3 of brick of frozen spinach
    Italian seasoning-to taste
    Salt/Pepper-to taste

Tips

The sausages usually come in a pkg of 5. I use the foam they come in and roll the other 2.5 into balls & freeze. When you are ready to make soup again, just break apart and cook.

Directions

In pot take 2 1/2 sausages out of casing and make mini meatballs. Brown with diced onions, carrots, & celery. When sausage cooked, add tomatoes & broth. Bring to a boil. Add spinach. Bring to another boil and add Pepe.
Cook for about 10 mins. Or until desired pasta tenderness.
Enjoy!
