Ingredients

0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground
0.25 tsp Coriander seed
0.25 tsp Cumin seed
0.25 tsp Ginger, ground
10 tbsp Cider Vinegar
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 small Onions, raw
2 gram(s) chilli
1 medium whole Red Ripe Tomatoes
15 tsp Xylitol
0.5 medium Peppers, sweet, red, fresh

1) Heat the oil and add the onion and grapefruit.
2) Sauté until soft.
3) Add the chilli, sugar, salt, pepper, spices and vinegar.
4) Bring to boilingpoint, then reduce the heat to low.
5) Simmer for about 15 minutes on low or until the liquid has reduced and thickened.
6) Cool and refrigerate.
