Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 packs (5 oz) Chicken of the Sea Pink Salmon (or any kind of seafood or meat you want)
    angel hair pasta
    Better than Boullion chicken broth flavoring
    small celery stalk
    3 small mini peppers
    1/2 small onion
    salt pepper and garlic powder - or any seasoning you want to toss in.

Tips

Use chicken, shrimp or any type of meat you like or make it a vegetarian meal.


Directions

boil water and put angel hair pasta in when boiling.
While the pasta is cooking, cut up your veggies.
When pasta has been cooking for 5 to 6 minutes - add the veggies into the pot to soften them.
Drain when pasta is almost done (about 10 minutes into cooking). Add white wine, garlic, salt and pepper, boullion seasoning and maybe a little water. Add the packets of the salmon and stir. Top with parmessan cheese and serve.
