Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean, 170 grams
    Onions, raw, 70 grams, chops
    Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp(remove)
    Knorr Peperoncino Sauce (per 100g), 15 gram(s)
    Garlic, 2 clove, minced
    Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup
    Potato, raw, 1 small, diced (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.)
    Apricots, fresh, 75 grams, chopped
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Thai 7 Spice shake mixture, 1 teaspoon
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook all ingredients together till most of the liquid has evaporated and the beef, potato, apricots, peas and onions are cooked.

Serving Size: Makes 12 heaped tablespoons of beef pie filling. Total calories for recipe = 704 calories
