Ingredients

9 oz Boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/4 c Progresso Bread Crumbs, Italian Style
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 oz Angel Hair Pasta
1/2 tbs Bertolli Extra Light Olive Oil
Granulated garlic to taste
Directions
Prepare chicken breast:
1. Rinse chicken breast
2. In a small dish add bread crumbs and crushed garlic. Since this has a tendency to clump, take a fork and mash the garlic with the bread crumbs until fine balls are noticed.
3. Coat chicken breast in the above mixture.
4. Bake at 350 degrees in wrapped for about 30 min and the last 10-15 min open foil to brown chicken a bit.
Pasta:
1. Boil 2 oz. Angel Hair pasta until al dente.
2. Drain and coat pasta with 1 tbs extra light olive oil.
3. Add granulated garlic to taste.
Serving Size: 1 servings
