Ingredients

    1 can Ranch Style Black eye Peas
    6 oz. pork butt, chopped fine
    1/4 c. green bell pepper, diced fine
    1 small carrots, grated
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash
    1/8 small onion, diced fine
    1/2 c. frozen Spinach
    Canola Cooking Spray

Tips

If you want to spice it up a little, either use the Ranch Style Black Eye Peas with Jalipino or add a little Tabasco or hot sauce.


Directions

Spray the bottom of sauce pan with cooking spray. add meat and vegetables except for black eye peas and saute until meat is almost cooked through and vegetables are tender. Add Black eye Peas and continue to cook for 10-15 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
