Introduction

Very EASY! Quick and inexpensive; yet so yumm! Very EASY! Quick and inexpensive; yet so yumm!

Ingredients

    Most of my ingredients are from ALDI's:
    2 Med Fresh tomatoes (Chopped or sliced)
    1 8oz Edenvale Fresh Mozzarella (Sliced)
    5-6 Fresh Basil Leaves (Chopped lightly)
    3T Specially Selected Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2T Apple Cider Vinegar
    Dash Sea Salt
    Dash Black Pepper
    Dash of CInnamon

Tips

This very easy side compliments pasta, or most any dish. Simple, impressive and quick to throw together.


Directions

Slice or chop tomatoes, layer with sliced fresh mozzarella. Toss basil. Mix remaining ingredients and drissle. Cinnamon is a surprise ingredient.
