Ingredients

    Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 4 cup, dry, yields(remove)
    Quaker Oat Bran Cereal, 1 cup (1 serving)(remove)
    *King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup(remove)
    Cereals ready-to-eat, wheat germ, toasted, plain, 1 cup(remove)
    Raisins, 1 cup (not packed)(remove)
    *Bob's Red Mill Unsweetened Flaked Coconut, 1 cup(remove)
    *Baker's Angel Flake Sweetened Coconut, 16 tbsp(remove)
    Sunflower Seeds, with salt added, .5 cup(remove)
    **Flax Seed, 6 tbsp(remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp(remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp(remove)
    *(Wilcox Organic) Organic Brown Egg, Large, 2 serving(remove)
    *Honey Aunt Sue Raw wild honey, 16 tbsp(remove)
    *Coconut Oil Organic Virgin (1 TBLS), Trader Joe's, 8 serving(remove)

Directions

1.) Preheat oven to 350.
2.) Line a 1/2 sheet pan with parchment paper/silpat and then lightly butter or spray with Pam. Set aside.
3.) In large bowl mix dry ingredients.
4.) In small bowl mix wet.
5.) Add wet ingredients to dry.
6.) Put mixture into prepared pan and press really well with parchment paper/wax paper/buttered hands (to ensure that bars stick together).
7.) Bake for 15-25 minutes depending on if you want chewy bars (15 mins) or crunchy (until golden).
8.) Take out and let cool all of the way (2-3 hours) before cutting.
9.) Store on counter for 1 week or in airtight container in the freezer. (Keeping them in the freezer keeps them crisp and fresh).
