Introduction

This is from Iowa Girl Eats. I just added some ground flaxseed. Ingredients

    1 frozen sliced banana

    1 Tablespoon PB2

    2 Tablespoon ground flaxseed

    1/2 cup 0% Vanilla Chobani Greek yogurt

    1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze (or other kind of milk)

    4 cups baby spinach (or more, or less)

Tips

When bananas are turning too ripe peel, slice, and then freeze. You can add them later to smoothies. Make sure to peel them first, trust me!


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
