Ingredients

    Vegetable Broth, 2 cup
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce, 1 cup
Onions, raw, 1 large slice, chopped
    Garlic, 2 cloves, chopped
    Rosemary, 1 tbsp fresh leaves
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, chopped
    Beans, pinto, 2 cup cooked
Beans, red kidney, 1 cup cooked
Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup cooked
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole, chopped

Directions

On stove, start bringing broth to boil. In the mean time, take the olive oil and heat in a seperate pan. When heated, add the chopped garlic cloves and chopped onion. Saute. Turn off heat and add to the hot broth. Turn down heat to broth. Add tomato sauce and marinara sauce. Add all other ingredients (recipe calls for cooked beans and rice being added, it saves time, and makes leftovers useful). Heat soup thoroughly, and allow chopped carrots and celery to become soft.
Serves approximately 10 hearty servings. Great for a cold day with fresh, warm bread. Low in calories. To spice it up, it is suggested to add other vegetables, like zucchini and mushrooms.
