Ingredients

1 large Sweet Potato, sliced into fries
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/2 tbs fresh, finely chopped
1 packet Truvia (optional)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*F
Mix garlic, rosemary, olive oil, truvia, salt and pepper; set aside.
Slice sweet potato into fries. Microwave for 30 seconds to soften the fries. Put in large bowl and add garlic mixture; toss. Spread fries onto a large foiled or greased pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Flip fries and continue to bake for another 5. If still not crispy place under broiler until desired crisp is reached.
