Ingredients

    Sauce:
    1/2 cup no fat yogurt
    1/3 cup tomato, chopped seeded
    1/3 cup cucumber, chopped seeded
    1 teaspoon dried dill weed

    Salmon Cakes
    1 can (14.75 oz) pink salmon drained, skin and bone removed
    3/4 cup Quaker oats (quick or old fashioned)
    1/3 cup skim milk
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
    1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

In a bowl mix the sauce ingredients and chill.

Mix Salmon cake ingredient in another bowl let stand for 5 minutes. Shape into 5 patties.

Coat a pan with cooking spray, cook cakes over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side.

Serve with sauce.

Serving Size: Makes 5 patties
