1 medium red pepper
6 large mushrooms sliced
15 green (snap) beans
sprinkle to taste:
Mrs Dash salt-free seasonings
onion and garlic powders
1 13.25 oz. box of Dreamfields elbow pasta
grilling spray
Tips
cook vegetables in 350 degree oven 30 to 45 minutes until veggies are soft.
To Serve:
place pasta in individual bowls and layer with grilled vegetables to individual taste.

mix vegetables into pasta in a large bowl and serve.
Directions
Wash and slice the vegetables.
cut ends off beans.
heat oven to 350 degrees
spray 2 cookie trays with grilling spray.
lay vegetables in single layer on cookie trays do not stack.
spray vegetables with grilling spray.
sprinkle Mrs. Dash, onion and garlic powder evenly over vegetables.
place trays in oven.
cook pasta according to directions.
drain pasta sprinkle with more spices if desired. to
