Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef (lean)
    3 cans green beans
    3 cans corn
    2 large potatos cut up
    one 64 ounce bottle of v8 vegetable juice

Directions

brown ground beef then drain fat
add all ingredients together and cook on stove for 1-2 hours until potatos are cooked.
For slow cooker cook 4-5 hours on high.

Serving Size: makes 10 1and 1/2 cup serving
