    2 Pilsbury Pie Crusts (Top and Bottom)
    4 cups blackberries (perferably fresh)
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 cup splenda
    1 Tbsp Egg Beaters


This makes a pie that doesn't "bleed" it's insides when you cut through it. If you prefer a less solid pie, decrease flour to 1/3 cup.


Mix 4 cups washed blackberries with 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 cup splenda. Mix well until no "white" powder is left. Wash bottom pie crust with egg beaters to keep crust from getting mushy. Pour blackberry mixture into crust. Cover with second pie crust, pinch crusts together and tent the edges. Wash top crust with egg beaters and sprinkle 1 tbsp Splenda over top. Cut slits in top to allow steam to escape.
Cook at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then turn down to 375 for additional 20-25. It is done with top is golden brown and insides are bubbling.
