Ingredients

    Broccoli stems, julianned
    Carrots,julianned
    Celery, julianned
    Granny Smith apple, julianned
    1c greek plain yogurt
    1/2 c light mayo
    1/4 c dijon mustard
    1/4 c cider vinegar
    1 garlic clove, crushed

Directions

Julianne broccoli, carrots, celery and apple. Mix all other ingredients together. Pour over vegetables and let marinade at least 2 hours.
