Ingredients

15-16 oz kidney beans, cooked or canned, drain
15-16 oz wax beans, cooked or canned, drain
15-16 oz green beans, cooked or canned, drain
2 cups raw cauliflower, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped (optional)
4 Tbsp sugar
4 Tbsp apple cidar vinegar
4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Tips
To serve as an entree, top 2 cups with shredded cheese or hot cooked bacon. If desired, increase vinegar mixture or salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Mix (drained) beans, chopped cauliflower, and diced onion. Mix vinegar, sugar, and oil in small bowl and then stir into bean mixture.
Refrigerate before serving (an hour or longer is best).
