Ingredients

    1 4 oz Tilapia Filet
    2 tbs Olive Oil
    sprinkle Orange rind
    Sprinkle Lemon rind
    sprinkle lemon salt

Tips

Can be served with rice and veggies. Carries well for lunch boxes.


Directions

Heat olive oil in fry pan. Sprinkle filet with orange, lemon rinds and lemon salt on both sides, place in fry pan and cook until flakes. Serve hot.
