Ingredients

2 cups fresh spinach
1/2 cup sliced carrot
1/2 cup sliced cucumber
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp chia seed
1 tbsp slivered almonds
1 tbsp dried cranberries
Tips
I add half cup of whatever protein I have left over from the night before. I usually keep the protein in a separate container, heat it up and toss over the salad. This way, I have a variety of foods I'm eating each day and the salad doesn't become boring!
