Introduction

A stress busting smoothie packed with anti-oxidants and vitamins. A stress busting smoothie packed with anti-oxidants and vitamins.

Ingredients

    10 oz of frozen strawberries
    1 cup of frozen triple berry mix
    2 small ripe bananas
    1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
    4 cups of blueberry pomegranate juice
    1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
    3 tablespoons of lime juice
    2 tablespoons of agave syrup (optional)
    3 tablespoons of ground flax-seed (optional)




Tips

Works best in vitamixer. Traditional blenders may require additional liquid and/or partially thawed fruit. It is helpful to put the liquid ingredients in first.


Directions

Place ingredients in a blender. Blend on low to medium for 30 seconds, gradually increase blender to high and blend for 1 to 2 minutes longer.
