Ingredients

2.5 lbs country style ribs, fat trimmed
Marinade:
1/4 cup less sodium soy sauce
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup water
1 T chili garlic sauce
5 clove garlic, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1 t ground black pepper
2 T sesame oil
1 t sesame seeds
Tips
Serve with rice and salad.
Directions
Ribs:
Trim the fat from the ribs. set aside.
Marinade:
1. Add the soy sauce, sugar, and water to a bowl. Mix with a whisk until sugar dissolves.
2. Add chili garlic sauce, chopped garlic, chopped onion, black pepper, sesame oil and sesame seeds.
3. Add ribs and marinade to a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Stir once after an hour.
4. Heat grill to medium heat and cook to 145 degrees. Do not undercook the ribs.
Serve with steamed rice and salad and maybe some grilled peaches.
