Ingredients

    Chicken breast-2
    Instant cook rice- 1 bag
    Taco seasoning- 1 package
    tortillas-7
    Cheese-1/2 cup

Tips

add sour cream, guacamole, salsa etc!


Directions

put frozen chicken breasts into slow-cooker with taco seasoning and 1/3 cup water. Cook 3-4 hours on high, 8 hours on low. When cooked, shred chicken with forks. Cook rice according to instructions on box, when rice is complete, combine with chicken. Put on tortillas and top with cheese and your favorite taco toppings.
