    Very Good
Delicious! It did require more heavy cream than what the recipe allotted for fluid volume. Next time I might omit the butter and stick with just the evoo, and stick to 2-3 T heavy cream and thin with chicken stock to lighten things up a little. - 2/4/18

    Very Good
I used less milk instead of the cream and low fat cream cheese to save on calories, but still very good. Next time going to try half and half. - 3/19/13

This was very good. I personally think it would be better with chicken but the pork was good too..a nice change. Very tasty! - 4/7/08
