Introduction

I was introduced to using dill relish in tuna and decided to swap olive oil for mayo. I was introduced to using dill relish in tuna and decided to swap olive oil for mayo.

Ingredients

    Take one can tuna (in water, and drain it)
    1 Tbls dill relish (you can take dill pickles & process them)
    1 tsp Black pepper (I like to use fresh ground)
    1 tsp Horse radish sauce (or minced horse radish)
    4 Tbls Lemon or Lime juice
    2 tsp Dill weed
    1/4 cup minced onion

Directions

Mix all together and allow to chill and flavors to meld, then spoon over your favorite greens and enjoy!
