Introduction

Ingredients

    12 ounces cod or other whitefish
    2 Tble margarine, melted
    dill weed
    lemon juice
    dash salt
    little pepper

Tips

The calculations include the margarine but some of it will remain in the pan juices.


Directions

Spray a baking pan with cooking spray. Arrange fish in pan. Drizzle margarine over, sprinkle with lemon juice and dill weed. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper as desired. Cover with foil and bake at 350* for 20 minutes or until fish is done.
